Inbound Marketing Project Manager

We’re seeking an inbound marketing project manager to join our growing agency in Maribor, focused in the high-tech, software and SEE markets.

In this position, you will plan, project manage and execute diverse digital and inbound lead generation programs for Agency Novelus marketing and marketing of our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the areas of content writing, digital marketing, social media management/paid social, HubSpot marketing automation, process development and project management.


Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to jump into a fast-paced, multi-client agency while providing superior project management, working cross-functionally with account managers, and specialists including designers, developers, and writers.

As Inbound Marketing Project Manager, you will work closely with account managers and other specialists to:

Build and execute content and SEO strategies for Agency Novelus Marketing

Bring creative AND methodical approaches to attract new visitors to the Agency Novelus website

Promote new content on social media sites

Research, define personas and create conversion plans to pull new visitors through the funnel

Ensure a balance of efficient and on-budget execution with creative new approaches to meet and exceed objectives

Deliver analysis on digital marketing analytics and make recommendations to achieve desired client results

Build trust with clients, turning them into our biggest fans

Develop project and meeting goals, agendas, timelines, and summaries to ensure clear communication between clients and the Agency Novelus team.

Google Adwords Specialist

As a Google Adwords Specialist, your key responsibility will be to drive business growth with our clients by optimizing and developing Google Adwords by analyzing account opportunities. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, actioning and delivery of Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns, ensuring the performance meets the customer’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s core business objectives and challenges, and their business position relative to the industry, market, and competition.


You will work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement and measure scalable optimization strategies across the book of business and help to educate the team and identify future opportunities.


Lead the strategy, planning, and coordination of optimization activities.

Be a performance and digital consultant for customers.

Manage and report on the most complex and impactful Search and Display/YouTube campaigns.

Optimize the value of client accounts by analyzing and managing their campaign strategy

Ensure a balance of efficient and on-budget execution with creative new approaches to meet and exceed objectives

Build thorough knowledge of how clients can use Google products to meet their marketing objectives

Desired qualifications:

Experience in creating online marketing and advertising strategies

Highly analytical and data-driven with some experience in project management.

Knowledge of Google’s products (Search, Mobile, Google Display Network, YouTube, etc).

Proficiency in the use of Google applications and presentation and spreadsheet software.

Demonstrated ability to influence and create strategic programs to drive performance

Ability to build strong client relationships.
